i just submitted my entry for hso to my palhoncho. first i sent it but then i forgot to run it through wordcount and it turned out it had to many words, so i had to edit it and send a different version. and now im not sure if the title words count but i dont think they do and im not sure if we have to include the tags when we send the submission and just
